Project: Summer dress

So I saw this beautiful dress on the Anthropologie website and instantly fell in love with it - just one problem, its £128...! I think its the back with the bow which I like the most - and the yellow and white combination.

Well I instantly started designing one myself - here is the design I have come up with. But instead of the bright yellow I have gone for a mustard. The fabric for the skirt is ordered and on its way - but I'm struggling to find a nice eyelet lace for the top section...
