Viennese swirls

I used a recipe for these as it was the first time I had tried to make them. The recipe I use can be found here. I did add a splash of vanilla essence.

They turned out pretty well for the first time but were quiet crumbly which made it hard to dip them in the chocolate - there was over 50% mortality... The bits were put to good use as pre-dinner snacks! The taste was really nice and light.

Next time I will use a slightly higher butter:flour ratio.
